DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY
- Due to a high demand of our BOX OF LOVE, please ensure that you order your bouquet on time. We do well in pressure, but you should do it ON TIME.
- Place the order between 5-30 days before the event. Black roses require 10 days in advance of delivery date.
- Delivery is guaranteed for the date specified at checkout.
- Time of delivery isn’t guaranteed, however, we try our best to get the arrangement at the specified time.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us 7 days before the delivery. Please contact us at Info@boxoflove.rs with any questions, comments, and concerns, and a team member will do everything possible to help.

We guarantee that you will receive your arrangement as shown on our website. Please do understand that roses can look different due to lighting and country of origin. We try our best to keep the roses as close to the product photos as possible.
